We follow a simple 6-step process to get your new website built quickly and efficiently.
Then, you'll learn how to manage your website to continue expanding your content and pages.

1. STRATEGY

We schedule a kick-off call with you to discuss the details and design goals for the project. You'll receive a sitemap, which can double as a checklist for collecting content.

You should begin gathering this content immediately - after all, we can't build your site without your content! You'll provide this to us in text documents, organized as one website page per document.

2. DESIGN

While you gather your content, we begin designing the homepage. We provide a homepage mock (not functioning) for you to review and revise design elements (layouts, fonts, colors, etc.). The number of revisions available to you is limited based on the
package you purchase.

3. BUILD

Once you approve the homepage design and send us your content, it’s time to build your website! For interior pages, we use best practices and influence from the homepage design to layout the content in the best way possible. We use WordPress and Beaver Builder to build your website.

Then, we send you a build link, a fully functioning mock of your site. You have the opportunity to look through the mock and provide feedback on design revisions needed. You can also send us revisions to the content.

4. LAUNCH

We put your site through a full QA process to ensure the functionality of the build and design on a variety of devices and browsers. Any necessary changes will be made. Then, we'll launch your site for the world to see!

We use WPEngine to host your website.

5. EDUCATE

We schedule a one-hour, personalized training session with you to show you how to use your new website! You'll receive login information and we'll teach you everything you need to know in order to maintain and continuing growing your site.

6. SUPPORT

We happily provide support if you run into issues with your website. A 10-day grace period comes with each package, during which time we'll assist in restoring your website to a functioning state. After the 10 days, we continue to offer support at full cost.
