Needless to say, Goulet’s PR services focus heavily on storytelling. In fact, that is their motto: “we are storytellers.”

It's a confidence boost for Goulet Communications to be able to direct clients (current and prospective) to our website. With Vinh and his team, every phone call and meeting is a pleasant and respectful conversation with a partner. That means a lot when you're sorting through a project and figuring out how you want to be represented on a website for all the world to see. It's refreshing and greatly appreciated when you can speak with people who offer their insights while really trying to understand your needs.” - Neal Goulet

Client:

The PATF provides financing opportunities to people with disabilities and older Pennsylvanians helping them to acquire the assistive technology devices and services that improve the quality of their lives. We were very excited to work with the PATF since web accessibility is our specialty and our core values and mission really aligned with each other. Their previous website was out-dated, did not effectively represent them and information was scattered throughout the entire site.

Results:

We worked closely with the PATF to create a modern, accessible and intuitive site. A content management system allows them to manage all areas of the website and a secure online loan application enables users to apply for life-changing loans from the comforts of their home.

Grateful Glass

View details for Grateful Glass
Goulet Communications' Website Design and Branding

Client:

Created by founder and glass artist Matthew Olian, Grateful Glass crafts memorial keepsakes using the cremated remains of loved ones or pets who have passed on. Matt’s process is personal: a small amount of ashes are fused with molten glass and forever encased within the keepsake, such as a ring or pendant. Grateful Glass is dedicated to the loving memory of Matt’s grandmother – one of his biggest advocates, who was unable to see his vision for the business be realized. Each customized piece is handmade by Matt and his team inside a repurposed warehouse in Port Richmond, Philadelphia, not far from VIUS’s headquarters.

Results:

Because of the personal nature of Grateful Glass products, VIUS set out to introduce the business in a way that would put people at ease. With photos of Matt’s process and sample products, along with in-depth descriptions of his experience and mission, the site is designed to build trust so consumers can have confidence sending their loved ones’ ashes to the Grateful Glass studio. Within the cremation keepsake industry, Matt saw an opportunity to position himself as an experienced artisan with a distinguished product. VIUS took the opportunity to push him to the front of the pack in terms of his brand.

“VIUS has given me a professional web presence and also did a great job branding my new company." - Matt Olian, Grateful Glass

Silvertone Guitars

View details for Silvertone Guitars
Silvertone Web Development

Client:

An iconic brand since the 1950s, Silvertone guitars are now best known for having often been the first guitar of musical legends, such as Jimi Hendrix and Bob Dylan. When they were first manufactured, much of Silvertone’s popularity was generated by the high quality yet low price of its guitars, but more recently, the demand for vintage Silvertone guitars of the 1950s and ‘60s has soared. The brand responded by launching a line of Silvertone Reissue guitars, which combine the look and tone of the original models with upgraded hardware and other modern features, offering contemporary players the same vintage vibe.

Results:

Unlike many websites built to showcase a particular product, the Silvertone site is not an e-commerce site, meaning visitors cannot purchase a Silvertone Reissue guitar directly from www.silvertoneclassic.com. What users can find are detailed product descriptions and multiple paths to contact the company, including links to social media sites. Site users can also find ways to locate authorized Silvertone retailers and to register purchased Silvertone guitars. Within just weeks of the site’s launch, Jeff saw a positive customer response through the site contact form. "VIUS built a professional site that functions properly and exceeds all our criteria. A number of customers have given positive feedback about the look and function, and consumers have used the search and contact tools in the ways we have envisioned." - Jeff Hasselberger, Silvertone

Philadelphia Consignment Company

Philadelphia Consignment Company Logo

Client:

The Philadelphia Consignment Company needed a distinctively "Philadelphia" image for their brand. For us, this meant both classic and contemporary at the same time. The final logo design played on traditional decorative forms, and furniture design elements, but presented these in a clean, simple format that would feel contemporary. The use of hand-drawn images and catchy messaging added a professional, but friendly, touch.
